A method for treating locomotive disorders in patients with traumatic spinal cord injury, which comprises the restorative neurosurgical treatment of seqiences of spinal cord injury. After performing the surgical access to the spinal cord two pairs of electrodes are sutured to solid brain envelope so that the two positive electrodes are placed above and two negative electrode below the median line along the spinal cord, remote antenna of (inductive) electrical filed is sutured subcutaneously on a body and using inductive electrostimulator (which emits electromagnetic waves of certain frequency and amplitude) from time to time inductive electromotive force is carried out in the subcutaneous location of the antenna and pathways for the treatment of spinal cord locomotive disorders is performed in patients with traumatic spinal cord injury.
