METHOD FOR ENDOSCOPIC SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CHRONIC ODONTOGENOUS MAXILLARY SINUSITIS WITH OROANTRAL FISTULA

A method for the endoscopic surgical treatment of the chronic odontogenous maxillary sinusitis with oroantral fistula consists in the surgical sanitization of the maxillary sinus under control of endorhinoscope. When the oroantral fistula is generated upon the extraction of the causative tooth, the revision of the maxillary sinus is performed without extra manipulations.
