A method for 3-D reconstruction of anatomical objects by macroimages of their anatomical sections by computer simulation with the introduction of a series of images of anatomical structures and organs to the computer. To ensure accurate comparison of sections with each other 3 to 5 additional artificial parallel axes are used - the "internal markers" that are repeated in a series of topografoanatomical (histological) sections in the interstitial structures.
