A pyrolysis plant contains a sealed chamber, refrigerator, separator, heater and loading cassette, pipes for liquid input and output, membrane cover and hydraulic lock. The refrigerator is made in the form of a cavity. The heater contains an electric part in the form of thermal electric heater, and gaseous part in the form of closed-loop gas conveyor.
