The invention proposes a method for complex determination of thermophysical characteristics of a thermobattery and thermal resistances of heat transfers via measurement of heat element power and heat conducting insertion temperature with given values of heat transfers of fill insulation and dimensions of details and thermobattery. Foremost, temperatures of thermobattery external constructions, heat flow and electromotive intensity with open electric circuit are set and measured; thereafter, electric circuit is closed and current intensity is measured. After stabilization of the static temperature condition, heat flow, temperature of thermobattery constructions and short-circuit current are measured.
