METHOD FOR POLARIZATION MAPPING IN DIAGNOSTICS AND DIFFERENTIATION OF PATHOLOGICAL STATE OF ENDOMETRIUM IN WOMEN WITH LEIOMYOMA OF UTERUS

摘要

Method for polarization mapping in diagnostics and dirfferentiation of pathological state of endometrium in women with leiomyoma of uterus includes sounding with polarized laser beam of histological cut of biological tissue, with projecting laser image to plane of digital camera through polarization filter that rotates, with measurement of coordinate distributions of components of intensity with different polarization/ One determines for each pixel extreme levels of intensity on basis of which one calculates local values of elliptical polarization. One obtains polarization maps of laser image of endometrium with calculation of static moments by values of which one makes conclusion on pathological state of endometrium in women with leiomyoma of uterus.
