METHOD FOR POLARIZATION-PHASE DIAGNOSTICS AND DIFFERENTIATION OF PATHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF ENDOMETRIUM

摘要

Method for polarization-phase diagnostics and differentiation of pathological changes in endometrium includes formation of laser beams with different polarities for sounding histological cut of biological tissue, projection of laser image to plane of digital camera through polarization filter that rotates, measurement of coordinate distributions of components of intensity with different polarities. One calculates value o9f phase shift, obtains phase map of optical-anisotropic layer, with calculation of statistical moments by values of which one maces conclusion on pathological state of endometrium.
