A method for surgical treatment of congenital diffuse arteriovenous malformation of the extremity comprises the skeletonization of arterial and venous segments of major vessels in the area of extremities malformations with intraoperative embolization of distal branches. According to the method of resection of arterial and venous great vessels in the area of malformation, and the resumption of blood flow is accomplished by prosthetic of arterial segment with vascular graft.
