DEVICE FOR STEEL MELTING IN CONVERTER USING HOT LIME

摘要

A device for steel melting in converters using hot lime comprises the converter, system for collection of converter gases and their reburning, apparatus for converter gases cooling as charge unit with charge mechanism, system for withdrawal of cooled converter gases, lining furnace, system for supply of hot converter gases, discharge unit with discharge mechanism, smoke exhauster with equipment of rate control of exhausting of converter gases. The equipment for collection of converter gases is equipped with mechanism of its lifting/descent of oxygen lance. The system for charge of hot calcined lime in converter consists from the charge mechanism and rotary chute, and equipment for rate control of converter gases exhausting consists from electric motor with unit of partial control of revolution numbers of electric motor, and the device is equipped with charge hopper of starting lime.
