METHOD OF ACCELERATED OBTAINING ARTICLES BASED ON EPOXY ADHESIVE COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING PLASTICIZER IN FORM OF CARBOXYL-CONTAINING RUBBERS USING ULTRASOUND

摘要

A method of accelerated obtaining articles based on epoxy adhesive compositions containing a plasticizer in the form of carboxyl-containing rubbers with the use of ultrasound includes ultrasonic treatment of liquid epoxy compositions, their mixing with a plasticizer and a hardener followed by measuring the total duration of obtaining a fully solidified article based on the compositions. Then the ultrasonic treatment of the mixture of resin part of composition and plasticizer is carried put prior to their mixing with a hardener in low ultrasonic range at variation of static pressure.
