The invention relates to a method for determination of biological activity of nodule bacteria of Bradyrhizobium genus in accordance with results of determination of biochemical index, the method provides growing strains under study on the standard nutrient medium, separation of culture medium from microorganism biomass and determination of biochemical index which is specific producing phytohormones of cytokine class, in particular of zeatin or zeatin riboside, or isopentenyl adenine into culture medium, at that high-efficient strains are characterized with higher ability to synthesis of said cytokines comparing with non-efficient and low-efficient ones.
