Disclosed is an electric power plant that operates due to temperature drops. It has bi-metal buses that are hinged to rectangular tubes with toothed rods in which a plate is installed. The toothed rods are connected to toothed wheels that transfer rotation to free-wheel and friction clutches that are connected to electric generator. The invention promotes simplification of design and servicing of electric power plant.
