INSTALLATION FOR CONTINUOUS PYROLYSIS OF SOLID ORGANIC WASTES

An installation for continuous pyrolysis of solid organic wastes comprises a reactor of pyrolitic decomposition with screw, system of reactor outer heating, tanks for loading and unloading. The loading tank is mounted on the plunger device that includes a platform with body fixed on it. The output end of the body is arranged as a truncated cone that with its smaller opening is tightly connected to reactor. In the body a piston, arranged as a cup, is placed. In the piston double-acting hydro-cylinder is installed, its one end is fixed to the inner surface of the piston bottom, and the other end to the platform. At the joint of the tank with the body, at the side of the cone, a knife is mounted. The knife blade is directed towards the open opening of the tank. Provided is formation and following renewal of technological plug of solid waste, and ecologically safe mode of operation of the installation.
