The present invention relates to an antibody directed against native glycosylated equine chorionic gonadotropin (eCG), able to enhance the FSH bioactivity while having no effect or a stimulatory effect on the LH bioactivity of said hormone. Said antibody is useful in the induction and synchronization of oestrus and ovulation in a mammal.
