Process for the preparation of combinations of valsartan and simvastatin.; The present invention relates to a novel process for preparing amorphous combinations of valsartan and simvastatin as micronic particles, comprising introducing a solution containing the active ingredients in a container of particle formation, and a compressed fluid under supercritical conditions, wherein the container in which the particles are formed is at a pressure between atmospheric pressure and 10 bars. It also relates to amorphous combinations obtainable according to the process of the invention, their use for the preparation of solid dosage forms for oral administration, and also such solid dosage forms. Such amorphous combinations exhibit improved wettability and remain in the amorphous state after long periods of storage.
