Improvements in the object of the principal patent No. P 200900295, by: "Mold shaping hams deboned and pressed".; Comprises a hollow body (2), for receiving therein a piece of ham, and two covers (3) to cover respective ends of said body (2) and evenly compress the piece of ham at both ends, and comprising a regulating means (3a, 9,10) for adapting the length of the mold (1) depending on the length of the piece of ham, said adjustment means including each cover (3) with a peripheral flange (3a) slidable inside the body (2) to change the length of said mold (1). It is characterized by the fact that the adjustment means further comprises a toothed rack (9) formed along the peripheral flange (3a) of each cover (3) and a pin (10) insertable between two teeth of the rack (9 ), to fix the position of the covers (3) with respect to the mold body (2).
