Process for obtaining hybrid catalysts complex compounds of transition metal nanoparticles encapsulated in porous silica, titania or zirconia.; The present invention describes a chemically stable hybrid catalyst system comprising silica nanoparticles, titania or zirconia unfunctionalized and an organometallic complex of a transition metal. In the new materials described the catalytic species are encapsulated in the polymer matrix by direct interaction with it, without adding liniers or functional groups. a method of preparation is also described in a single step by the sol-gel by hydrolysis and condensation of alkoxides of Si, Ti or Zr in a medium, to which is added the organometallic complexes of transition metals while the hydrolysis / condensation of alkoxide occurs. These catalyst systems are used in the synthesis of organic compounds, chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
