Developing a unique two chambers watertight arthroscopic handle housing awaterproofnerve stimulator circuit unit at the posterior chamber, coupled to anelectroconductiveand insulated arthroscopic tool system on the anterior chamber, would allowthe surgeonto send an electric impulse from the waterproof-handle unit into distal tip ofthearthroscopic tool, delivering an electric impulse into the tissues able tostimulate motorbranches of the nerves inside the tissue, alerting the surgeon of an imminentnervedamage.This innovative waterproof nerve stimulator circuit unit would be compatibleand safefor working under wet / watery arthroscopic surgical conditions.
