The present invention relates to a frame formation method for communication, which is used for a wireless communication network for an in-body medical device and comprises a PHY header unit, an MAC header unit, and a payload unit. The PHY header unit includes: information for synchronization with a receiver; information for notifying the start of a frame; and information indicative of the overall size of the frame. The MAC header unit includes: information indicative of a type of the frame; information for checking the sequence of the frame; information for the flow control of the frame; flag information for dividing the payload unit into a plurality of data blocks of the same size; information indicative of the size of the data blocks; sender information and receiver information for the connection between a sender and a receiver; and information for checking for the existence of an error of a header unit of the frame and for correcting the error. The payload unit is divided into the plurality of data blocks of the same size in order to display transmission data information, wherein each data block includes the information for checking for the existence of the error and for correcting the error. According to the present invention, the amount of data transmission and reception is reduced and power loss is cut down because data is received by requesting the retransmission of only a corresponding data block of the payload unit, if a transmission error is generated from a part of the payload unit during the data transmission between transceivers which are used in the wireless communication network for the in-body medical device.
