Disclosed are a solar cell and a production method therefor. The solar cell according to the present invention comprises: a substrate (100); a polycrystalline photoelectric element (200) which is formed on the substrate (100) and is obtained by the lamination of a plurality of polycrystalline semiconductor layers (211, 221, 231); a first amorphous photoelectric element (300) which is formed on the polycrystalline photoelectric element (200) and is obtained by the lamination of a plurality of amorphous semiconductor layers (310, 320, 330); a second amorphous photoelectric element (400) which is formed on the first amorphous photoelectric element (300) and is obtained by the lamination of a plurality of amorphous semiconductor layers (410, 420, 430); and an upper electrode (500) which is formed on the second amorphous photoelectric element (400).
