A dust collecting device provided with elastically displaceable first and second air filters (26, 27) provided between an air suction opening (23) and an air discharge opening (24a) and having capturing surfaces (33, 34) on which dust is accumulated, first and second filter support frames (28, 29) for supporting the capturing surfaces (33, 34) of the first and second air filters (26, 27) from the upstream side of the first and second air filters (26, 27), and a cooling fan for sending, to a heat generating body, air having been caused to pass through the first and second air filters (26, 27).  The mesh size of the capturing surfaces (33, 34) changes when the first and second air filters (26, 27) are elastically deformed.
