Interactive 3D display (1) comprising at least one first image source (2) projecting at least one image onto at least one semi-transparent mirror (3) thereby creating a perceived 3D object (22) in a space defined by the at least one semi- transparent mirror (3) and a base (4) by use of Pepper's Ghost technique. The base (4) comprises a moveable stage (5) and the interactive 3D display further comprises means (6) for manipulating the stage and means for correlating (25, 24) the motion of the stage and the perceived 3D object.
