An analytical model composed of the beneficial behavioral factors required to solve an organization's problems is generated from internal organization behavioral data and communication data. Organization dynamics indices are determined from sensor data and set as explanatory variables to serve as internal organization behavioral data. Objective data such as productivity and accidents/failures of the organization, and subjective data from questionnaire responses such as leadership/teamwork indices, employee desire to work/fulfillment indices, and stress/mental distress indices are determined and set as purpose functions. By selecting beneficial factors of purpose variables from the explanatory variables and creating a model, the behaviors affecting the problem given by the organization as purpose variables become clear.
