The present invention relates to a service providing a server linking employment (job offers/job seekers) and an auction, a controlling method therefor, a system including the service providing server, and a method for controlling the system. The method for controlling the service providing server according to the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving job seeker information from a job seeker terminal of a job seeker seeking employment, and receiving job offer information from a business terminal of a business seeking an employee; employing the job seeker by transmitting the received job offer information to the job seeker terminal upon receipt of a job offer information request from the job seeker terminal, and transmitting received job seeker information to the business terminal upon receipt of a job application request from the job seeker terminal; receiving and storing employee evaluation information received from the business terminal, about the job seeker who has been employed by the business via the employing step; conducting a predetermined online auction; receiving an auction bid request from the job seeker terminal; and selecting the successful bidder for the auction using a preset algorithm, with reference to the stored employee evaluation information of the job seeker.
