The invention relates to an attempt to address deficiencies in the signals that prevent humans and avifauna from colliding with tall structures of any kind, the invention comprising warning devices including pivoting and rotary spherical, tubular or spiral elements having independent, freely pivoting, movable high-visibility, audible mobiles. In the spherical version, the external structure thereof, consisting of two hoops of tubes mounted perpendicular to each other and made of an inert anti-rust, metallic, highly dielectric material such as PVC or similar, protected against ultraviolet rays, and having perforations that emit sound when the prevailing wind blows, pivots on the axis thereof, which is the bar, antenna or electricity pylon on which said structure is installed. The transverse axes thereof, consisting of beams of the same material as the outer hoops (but solid), have pivoting elements in the form of blades or vanes having flat faces and photoluminescent, reflective surfaces in distinctive or different colors, there being four or eight of said surfaces depending on the model; and having perforations for independent sound. Both the tubular and spiral models use the same techniques of pivoting, rotation, movement and sound, regardless of the components of same in the variants appropriate to the forms thereof.
