A multi-stage countercurrent rotating-bed reactive distillation device and the application thereof are disclosed. The device comprises an enclosed shell. A rotating shaft (1) which runs through each section of the shell is arranged at the center of the shell. At least two rotors (16, 20) are arranged in series on the rotating shaft (1). A feeding inlet (7), a liquid reflux inlet (8) and a gas outlet (9) are located on the upper end face of the shell. A kettle liquid outlet (4) and a gas inlet (18) are located on the lower end of the shell. Each rotor (16, 20) comprises a rotating disc fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (1) and a static disc fixedly connected with the shell. A group of movable concentric packing rings (21) with different diameters are arranged at intervals along the radial direction on the rotating disc. Static rings (14, 19) are fixed on the static discs and positioned in the annular gaps between the movable packing rings (21). The packing in the movable packing rings (21) comprises catalyst packing (12) or silk screen packing (17). The catalyst packing (12) is loaded in the movable packing rings (21) positioned at the outer portion of the upper rotor (16) and the inner portion of the lower rotor (20), while the silk screen packing (17) is loaded in the other movable packing rings (21). The feeding inlet (7) is positioned on the upper lid (13) of the shell, corresponding to the raw liquid sprayer (6). A rotating liquid distributor (22) is arranged at the inner edge of the most inner movable packing ring (21) of the lower rotor (20). The catalyst packing (12) is used not only to catalyze the reaction, but also to increase the mass transfer area between two phases.
