The device (1) has a locking element (10) i.e. steel section, pivoting between an initial position and an opening position around a rotational axis (8). A base body (9) pivotably supports the locking element. A stop section blocks pivoting movement of the locking element opposite to a guiding device (6) while positioning in the initial position. The stop section is pivoted from the initial position to the opening position in the guiding device with respect to restoring force that is generated by a spring.
