A corneal topography measuring method wherein a plurality of concentric ring lights are projected on a cornea to obtain ring images, and a corneal surface topography is measured by obtaining curvatures of the cornea at respective positions where the ring lights are projected based on positional information of the ring images, the method being characterized by comprising the following steps: judging a necessity for any correction to measured positions of the ring images obtained by projecting the ring lights onto the cornea based on a prescribed correction criteria; determining virtual positions of the ring images based on cross-sectional images of the cornea taken by irradiating slit light onto the cornea; and making a correction to the measured positions of the ring images based on the virtual positions thereof when the correction is deemed necessary to the measured positions of the ring images. A corneal topography measurement apparatus is also disclosed.
