Cleaning device for cleaning surfaces in high altitudes

The device (1) has a cleaning part i.e. vacuum-and spray part (9), arranged at a tube (10) and attached to a controllable gas-filled balloon (2). The balloon is fastened to a steering rod (13), which is bent at the tube in an elbow fitting (12). The balloon is controlled by the rod so as to guide the cleaning part over a surface to be cleaned. The tube comprises an elbow joint with an actuator so as to position the cleaning part with respect to the surface to be cleaned. The balloon is provided with an inlet valve (7) and an outlet valve (8) to control height of the balloon.
