PURPOSE: A cutting tool is provided to improve the surface roughness of workpieces because the projected degree of cutting inserts is precisely equal.;CONSTITUTION: A cutting tool(1) comprises a tool body(10), and a first bolt(52) or a second bolt(54). The tool body comprises a recessed portion(12), a protrusion(14), an insert seat(20), a fixing female screw, and first and second female screws. The recessed portion and the protrusion are formed on the outer diametral part of the tool body. The insert seat comprises first, second, and third surfaces. The fixing female screw is formed on the first side of the insert seat. A cutting insert(60) is fixed on the fixing female screw.
