PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing coffee powder is provided to relieve bitter taste of coffee by rice flour.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing coffee powder comprises: a roasting rice and prepare rice flour; a step of mixing lotus root powder, rice flour, and coffee powder in a weight ratio of 2-19:2-19:70-80; a step of steaming the lotus root powder in water; a step of drying and roasting the dried lotus powder by 0.5~2.0kg/cm^2; and a step of pulverizing the roasted lotus root.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
