PURPOSE: A solid electrolytic condenser device and a solid electrolytic condenser thereof are provided to supply a condenser which has stable quality by reducing the generation of a defect due to the increase of a leakage current.;CONSTITUTION: A solid electrolyte layer covers a part of the outer surface of the negative polarity side of an insulation layer capable of separating an anode and a cathode. A carbon paste layer covers a part of a solid electrolyte covering a masking. A high conductive paste layer covers the solid electrolyte covering masking and a part of the carbon paste. The solid electrolyte layer covers a part of the cathode side surface of the masking separating the cathode and the anode. A high conductive paste layer(7) covers the entire outer surface of the carbon paste layer and a part of the outer surface of the solid electrolyte layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
