PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a non-stick cooker is provided to increase a non-stick function by minimizing the contact area with foods during cooking.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a non-stick cooker comprises the steps of: molding a cooking vessel in a desirable shape; having a concavo-convex on an inner bottom plane of the molded aluminum cooking vessel; removing each kind of foreign materials from the aluminum cooking vessel; forming the concavo-convex to improve sticking property; spraying and drying the printing liquid which is mixed with polyethylene glycol - tri methyl nonyl ether, PFA, acrylic polymer, oxide aluminum, carbon black, ethanol, triethanolammine and poly tetra fluoro ethylene; forming a pattern on the printing layer; and sintering the printing layer on which the pattern is formed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
