VACUUM PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY OF A CRYOGENIC TANK CAPABLE OF MAINTAINING VACUUM PERMANENTLY THROUGH A WELDING PERFECT VACUUM SEALING METHOD

PURPOSE: A vacuum protection technology of a cryogenic tank is provided to store cryogenic fluid inside a storage tank for long time since the leakage of the air is completely blocked by welding.;CONSTITUTION: A vacuum protection technology of a cryogenic tank comprises a vacuum tube(120), a vacuum cock(140), and a cut off cover(200). The vacuum tube is manufactured of stainless steel and is mounted on the outer barrel of a double tank, formed of an inner barrel(110) and the outer barrel(100). The vacuum tube has enough length to prevent welding heat from being transmitted to the vacuum tube. The vacuum cock is positioned on the lower part of the vacuum tube. Noncombustible material(220) is charged between the vacuum cock and the cut off cover. The vacuum cock and the cut off cover are welded and sealed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
