PURPOSE: A vacuum heat-insulating water tank is provided to firmly maintain the hermetic state of the water tank and cost-effectively obtain the superior heat-insulating characteristic of the water tank without the addition of a heat-insulating material.;CONSTITUTION: A vacuum heat-insulating water tank includes an inner container, an outer container(200), a cover, and a hermetic state maintaining part. The inner container contains water. The outer container surrounds the inner container. A space part is formed between the outer container and the external side of the inner container. A temperature controller(301) and a thermostat(302) are mounted at the cover. The temperature controller heats or cools water contained in the inner container based on heat supplied from the outside.
