PURPOSE: A drainage path used as an animal passage and a fence including the same are provided to reduce installation costs and functions as a waterway and a fence using a single structure. CONSTITUTION: A drainage path(10) used as an animal passage comprises a bottom plane(11), a first side wall(12), a second side wall(13), and a top plane(14). The bottom plane is formed in parallel to the ground. The first side wall is extended from one end of the bottom plate to the upper part thereof. The second side wall is extended from the other end of the bottom plane. The top plane is extended from the end of the first side wall.
