PURPOSE: A method for immobilizing enzymes is provided to increase the activity of enzyme while protecting a active site of enzyme when an enzymatic biofuel cell using DNA-wrapped carbon nanotube. CONSTITUTION: A method for immobilizing enzymes to an electrode for enzymatic fuel cells comprising adsorbed DNA-wrapped carbon nanotube includes the steps of: (i) preparing DNA-wrapped carbon nanotube; (ii) adsorbing DNA-wrapped carbon nanotube using electric potential process; (iii) blocking an active site of the enzyme for oxidation reaction; and (iv) immobilizing enzymes to an electrode in which DNA-wrapped carbon nanotube is adsorbed.
