The present invention relates to a method for immobilizing an enzyme on a fuel cell electrode to which DNA-wound carbon nanotubes are adsorbed. More specifically, to fix an enzyme having an active site protected on an electrode for fuel cell to which DNA-wound carbon nanotubes are adsorbed. It is about a method.;According to the present invention, an electrode using DNA and carbon nanotubes is applied to protect an active site of an enzyme immobilized on an electrode when preparing an enzyme fuel cell, and to provide a method of effectively immobilizing an oxidase of a fuel on an anode. The enzyme fuel cell produced in this way increases the enzyme activity and stability of the fuel cell to which the existing enzyme immobilization technology is applied, resulting in improved power production.
