PURPOSE: An active Fe ion microbial fermentation solution containing charcoal, moganite and tourmaline, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to adsorb and decompose odor and smoke generated when the meat and fish are heated.;CONSTITUTION: An active Fe ion microbial fermentation solution comprises oak charcoal, pine charcoal, miscellaneous wood charcoal, flower corallite, moissanite, tourmaline and L-ascorbic acid. The active Fe ion microbial fermentation solution is prepared by white mold. Agastachis Herba, rosemary, onion, lemon, and ginseng are further included in the fermentation solution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
