PURPOSE: A Brassica rapa ssp. Pekinensis-derived histone deacetylase protein is provided to suppress histone methylation and plant tumor generation.;CONSTITUTION: A Brassica rapa ssp. Pekinensis-derived histone deaceylase protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 6. A gene encoding the protein has a nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 5. A recombinant vector, pB7GWIWG2(II)-HDI, contains histone diacetylase gene. A transformed Brassica rapa ssp. Pekinensis is prepared using a transformant. A method for isolating the gene comprises: a step of preparing a primer of sequence numbers 1-2; a step of performing RT-PCR to isolate a gene from a histone deacetylase protein; a step of confirming the total sequence of histoen deacetaylase using the isolated gene.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
