PURPOSE: An operation system for resource management supplying studying materials on offline is provided to supply the advice of the performance of the evaluation at a remote place. CONSTITUTION: A teacher access module(121) stores a learning result. The teacher connection module explains the opinion about learning contents. A branch office access module(122) explains the advice about the workbook content and a learning schedule. A head office advice group access module(132) explains the advice about the workbook content which is finally objective about the new update information through the connection module and studying progress.
