PURPOSE: A control panel changing apparatus of a machine tool is provided to control the height of a control panel suitable for the physical condition of a worker in the process of work pieces thereby reducing the generation of an accident.;CONSTITUTION: A control panel changing apparatus of a machine tool includes a control panel(50), a rotating unit(60) and a lifting unit(70). The control panel is installed in one side of the machine tool and controls the operation of the machine tool. One end of the rotating unit is shaft-combined at one side of the machine tool rotatable. The other end of the rotating unit is combined at the one side of the control panel and is bent.
