APPARATUS AND A METHOD FOR IMAGING AN UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE USING A WAVEFORM INVERSION IN A LAPLACE-FOURIER DOMAIN, A LAPLACE DOMAIN, OR A FREQUENCY DOMAIN
PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for imaging an underground structure using a waveform inversion are provided to uniformly reflect transformation variables in all ranges to determine a gradient direction.;CONSTITUTION: An input unit(201) receives measurement data of a time domain about an elastic wage signal received from a measurement target area. A transformation unit(202) converts the measurement data of the time domain into the measurement data of the transformation domain. A modeling data generator(203) sets an initial equation for modeling the measurement target area and calculates the initial equation in the transformation domain to produce modeling data. A parameter update unit(206) defines an object function in a transformation variable by using difference between the measurement data and the modeling data and defines an object function in a global transformation variable range by summing up the object function in the transformation variable.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
