BURNER USING WATER GAS BY THE SUPER-HEATING OF STEAM, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THERMAL EFFICIENCY

PURPOSE: A burner using water gas by the super-heating of steam is provided to drop the temperature of exhaust gas by supplying water several times more than fuel and to increase the heating value of fuel by using water as fuel.;CONSTITUTION: A burner using water gas by the super-heating of steam comprises a main nozzle(9), a flame guide plate(15), an auxiliary nozzle(18), a high-temperature space(13) for water gas. Air is oxidation-reacted with water gas exhausted from the main nozzle, and fuel is burnt. Combustion gas is spread by the flame guide plate and heats a steam heater(14). The high-temperature space is arranged in the inner case(7) located in the end of the burner and accelerates the gasification of fuel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
