STRUCTURE FOR MOUNTING SEALED BURNER OF GAS OVEN, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THERMAL EFFICIENCY BY SUPPLYING THE LARGE AMOUNT OF AIR TO THE SEALED BURNER

PURPOSE: Structure for mounting a sealed burner of a gas oven is provided to prevent incomplete combustion from shortage of air supplied to the burner, and to improve thermal efficiency by supplying the large amount of air to the sealed burner. CONSTITUTION: An installation system of a sealed burner is composed of an upper plate(31) forming the upper case of a top burner part, a burner body(33) inserted to the top burner part to form the lower part of the sealed burner; and a burner head(43) placed on the burner body and spaced from the upper part of the upper plate to form the upper part of the sealed burner. The gap is formed between the upper part of the burner body and the lower part of the upper plate to suck external air into the burner body. A burner projection(41) is formed in the upper part of the burner body, and the lower part of the upper plate is contacted to the upper part of the burner projection. An air suction passage is formed between the upper part of the burner body and the lower part of the upper plate to suck air into the burner body.
