PURPOSE: A heat spreader and a flat panel display apparatus including the same are provided to prevent environmental contamination using graphite without a preparation process.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of protrusion parts is continuously formed in a heat spreader(10). A plurality of layers is stacked to form the heat spreader. At least one layer of the heat spreader is based on a metal layer(12). The other layer of the heat spreader is based on a mixture layer(14) of a resin and thermally conductive filler. The mixture layer is formed by a casing process.
