We present the results of studying characteristics of the radiative conductive heat transfer process in flat layers of saturated hydrocarbon mixtures obtained both experimentally and in theoretical calculations on the basis of the mathematical model developed by the author. In the course of investigations, we established basic characteristics of the process under study and substantiated the utility of using the mathematical techniques presented for similar calculations of other substances
