PURPOSE: A panel for an outdoor lighting device and an outdoor lighting device thereof are provided to improve the design of an outdoor lighting device by fixing a connection body part to the inner surface of the lower end of an upper hollow post. CONSTITUTION: A flange is formed in the lower end of a lower hollow post. A base cover is inserted into the lower hollow post in order to cover the lower end of the lower hollow post. An upper hollow post is combined with the lower hollow post. A lamp is combined with the upper hollow post. A panel(100) includes a flat body part(10) and a connection body part(20). The flat body part is arranged in the lower hollow post. The connection body part is projected from the edge of the flat body part. A stabilizer is arranged in the flat body part in order to be electrically connected to a power line and the lamp.
