PURPOSE: A pre-stressing tunneling method using a pre-stressed support, and a device therefor are provided to reduce the thickness of a shotcrete support and to be used for constructing a large-section tunnel.;CONSTITUTION: A pre-stressing tunneling method using a pre-stressed support is as follows. A pilot tunnel is excavated in a large-section tunnel. Multiple boreholes are radially formed in the pilot tunnel in order to install pre-stressed supports. The pre-stressed supports are inserted into the boreholes, and the boreholes are grouted and cured. The pre-stressed supports are tensed using tensile jacks(30).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
