THE PICKING METHOD USING PRODUCT CUBIC INFORMATION AND VEHICLE LOADING RATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A picking method using product volume information and a vehicle loading rate management system are provided to load products to load products up to a reference loading rate of standard delivery box, thereby shortening picking time. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting unit(810) receives and stores order data of products and volume information of products. An operation processing unit(820) calculates a reference loading rate using the stored order data and the stored volume information. A simulation processing unit(840) simulates the products to be loaded in a delivery box according to the calculated reference loading rate. A picking processing unit(850) processes picking based on the simulation. A vehicle information collecting unit(830) collects information of a vehicle carrying the products.
